Stephanie Ladirat currently serves as the Technology Director at NUQO feed additives since March 2020. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions at Cargill as a Global Portfolio Manager for Health Technologies and as a Technology Leader in feed additives focused on gut health from July 2014 to March 2020. Experience in research includes a researcher position at Wageningen UR from October 2009 to July 2014, where Stephanie also completed a PhD thesis on galacto-oligosaccharides and their impact on gut microbiota. Earlier career roles include chairwoman of the PhD study trip committee and junior product developer at PepsiCo. Stephanie holds a PhD in Food Chemistry and Gut Microbiology and two Master's degrees in Food Science and Technology from Wageningen University & Research and Institut supérieur d'Agriculture et d'Agro-alimentaire Rhône-Alpes.
