Theresa Walburger has extensive experience in customer service and training roles, currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Trainer and Quality Assurance specialist at IMPAXX since April 2022, following a long tenure as Lead Service Coordinator and Training and Audit Specialist at NuQuest, now known as IMPAXX, since April 2002. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology obtained from the University of South Florida, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1994, and also attended Valencia College from 1990 to 1992 for General Studies.
