Oleh Mozhaiev

Oleh Mozhaiev is a skilled development team lead with a comprehensive background in software engineering and team management. Currently at NuRD since April 2022, Oleh specializes in providing L0/1 support, rebuilding team workflows, and optimizing processes through effective communication with top-level managers. Previous roles include senior software engineer at metoda GmbH, software developer at NuRD, and senior full stack engineer at Comodo, where expertise in Ruby on Rails and QA automation using Java was developed. Additionally, Oleh served as an instructor at STEP IT Academy, enriching the educational landscape. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics from Odessa National Polytechnic University and multiple Master’s degrees in Network and System Administration and Cable Communications from various institutions.
