Daniel Burbach

Daniel Burbach is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Nurix Therapeutics since 2020, Daniel provides legal guidance on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and various corporate finance matters. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Arconic from 2016 to 2020, advising on significant transactions such as Alcoa’s reverse stock split and corporate separation. Daniel also held roles at Zoetis Inc., where key achievements included drafting critical regulatory documents, and gained early experience as a Senior Manager at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, along with positions at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College.
