Sandeep Venkatesh

Sandeep Venkatesh is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in building data infrastructure and improving user experience through innovative engineering solutions. Currently at Nuro, Sandeep works within the infrastructure stack. Prior experience includes positions at Houzz focusing on data validation systems and roles at Amazon where Sandeep contributed to personalizing the Amazon App and ensuring GDPR compliance. Sandeep also served as a Technical Advisor at Insight Data Science and completed a Data Engineering Fellowship, architecting data pipelines for extensive GitHub data. Early career experience at Smartsheet involved creating a real-time anomaly detection system, and at PayPal, Sandeep played a key role in developing their settlement stack and enhancing the global payments platform. Sandeep holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering.
