Domenic Aquilina

Domenic Aquilina is a seasoned professional in sports photography and education with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at the Institute For Physical Education and Sport at the University of Malta since November 2020, Domenic has also held the position of UEFA Senior Country Correspondent for Malta since April 2002. As Managing Director of FotoAquilina since March 1998, Domenic has built a reputable career in photographic content. Additional roles include Photographer/Stringer with the European Pressphoto Agency, Photographic Content Partner with imago images and NurPhoto Agency, Chief Sports Photographer and Sports Photo Content Co-ordinator for The Malta Independent, Sports Photographer for Times of Malta, and Freelance Photographer for Getty Images, demonstrating a robust and versatile portfolio in the field of sports media and photography.
