Javier Padilla H.

Javier Padilla H. started their work experience in 2013 as an Assistant Engineer at VAN DER LAAT & JIMENEZ S.A., where they monitored and evaluated construction project progress. Javier then worked as an Assistant of Construction Engineering at Constructora Costarricense S.A. in 2016, where they appraised infrastructures and estimated project costs. In 2019, they became a Civil Engineer Consultant at Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos de Costa Rica, assessing civil infrastructure and land value. From 2020 to 2021, Javier worked as a Civil Engineer at INECO, serving as a Project Manager Engineer in the Transportation Infrastructure Program. Their responsibilities included certifying the construction of structures and ensuring compliance with construction laws and contracts. In 2022, they joined Nursa as a Junior Data Analyst.

Javier Padilla H. earned a Master's degree in Statistics from the Universidad de Costa Rica, where they studied from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in their education, Javier pursued a Licentiate degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Costa Rica from 2006 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Javier has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. Javier completed "The Data Science Course 2021: Complete Data Science Bootcamp" provided by Udemy in April 2021. Javier also completed the certifications "Data Analysis Essentials" from ImperialBusinessX at edx.org, "Machine Learning" from Stanford University at Coursera.org, "The SQL Tutorial for Data Analysis" from Mode, and "Databases and SQL for Data Science" from Coursera. The specific dates of completion for the latter certifications are not provided.
