Mark Muenchau

Mark Muenchau has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mark most recently worked as a Senior Strategic Operations Manager at Nursa starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Strategy and Operations Manager at Lyft from 2022 to 2022, where they were responsible for creating project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and developing a system for managing compliance.

Before Lyft, Mark worked at Teach For America as the Managing Director of Program Optimization and Member Services from 2021 to 2022, and as the Managing Director of Teacher Leadership from 2019 to 2021. Mark also held roles at Denver Public Schools, Duke University, California Charter Schools Association, IDEA Public Schools, Rio Grande City Consolidated Independent School District, After Hours Cafe, and Oregon State Public Interest Research Group (OSPIRG) throughout their career.

Mark Muenchau has a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from Kenyon College. In addition to their degrees, Mark has obtained the National Principals Academy Fellowship certification from Relay Graduate School of Education in August 2015.
