Tara Jethwani

Tara Jethwani, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tara is currently serving as the Deputy Chief, Operations at Nurse-Family Partnership since June 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Nurse-Family Partnership, including Director of Network Operations and Director of Strategic Initiatives - Policy & Government Affairs. In these roles, they managed teams, conducted data analysis, and implemented projects to support program growth and sustainability. Additionally, they served as the Pay for Success manager, exploring opportunities for scaling the NFP model using Social Impact Bonds.

Before joining Nurse-Family Partnership, Tara worked at Lightspeed Research, where they held several leadership positions. As the Vice President of Operations Initiatives, Americas Region, they led strategic initiatives to improve data collection, employee efficiencies, and client business. Tara also served as the Vice President of Client Operations, leading multiple teams and collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of Client Operations. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Director of Client Operations and Senior Project Director, effectively executing research studies and managing teams.

Earlier in their career, Tara worked at Princeton Survey Research Associates Intl. as a Project Director, where they were involved in all stages of the project cycle, including client consultation, questionnaire design, data analysis, and reporting.
