David Kissinger

David Kissinger, RN, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Sagacious Consultants, where they played a key role in leveraging technology to improve patient care and drive financial performance. In 2015, they joined Arrow Up Partners as the Executive Vice President of Sales, focusing on increasing the value of companies prior to sale. In 2017, they served as the Director of Business Development at Superlanet and later became the Nursing Manager at NCI-Nursing Corps. In 2018, they worked as an Occupational Health Nurse at Advantis Certified Staffing Solutions. Their experience in healthcare continued in 2019 when they became the Director of Nursing Services at REACH LTC OHIO and later served as the Executive Director at Home Care by Black Stone. In 2020, they joined ProMedica as the Director of Nursing and Infinity Infusion Nurses as an Infusion Nurse. Most recently, in 2020, they founded NurseNow Staffing and holds multiple roles including Founder, Chief Vision Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Director of Recruiting. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

David Kissinger, RN has a diverse education background. David holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies from Vincennes University, obtained in 2001. In 2003, they completed an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Nursing from Monroe County Community College. In 2009, they received a MICC Certification in Project Management from Medsphere University. In 2013, they attended the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Leadership and Advocacy, where they studied Public Policy and Leadership. David has also obtained multiple nursing certifications, including Registered Nurse licenses from the State of Michigan in 2003 and the State of Ohio in October 2004. Additionally, they hold temporary Registered Nurse licenses from the State of Indiana and the State of Kentucky, both obtained in 2020.
