Crystal Patheal

Crystal Patheal has over two decades of experience in home care and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Clinical Administrative Specialist and CNA at Nurses and More Inc. since July 2015, Crystal Patheal excels in managing schedules for over 70 clients and caregivers while collaborating closely with the director of clinical services. Previously, Crystal Patheal worked as a Home Care Manager and Staffing Coordinator at The Cypress of Charlotte from September 2006 to June 2015, where responsibilities included scheduling, billing, and staff management for a substantial number of caregivers and clients. During the earlier tenure at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from January 2002 to September 2006, Crystal Patheal oversaw payroll, scheduling, and billing for the home health department. Crystal Patheal holds a Pre-nursing degree from South Piedmont Community College and a high school diploma along with a medical diploma from Garinger High School.
