Ernest Hoag

Ernest Hoag currently serves as the Vice President of Community Engagement at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Charlotte, a position held since September 2017, where responsibilities include engaging the service population and community partners, as well as involvement in the hiring of the Executive Director. Additionally, Ernest has been an HR Generalist at ACN since June 2017, focusing on onboarding and benefits support for remote employees. Ernest’s nursing career spans over a decade, with roles as a Nurse at Nurses and More Inc. and a Licensed Practical Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care. Military service includes being a Licensed Practical Nurse and Assistant NCOIC of Training in the US Army, with specific training coordination for burn and trauma care. Ernest holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management and Healthcare Administration from Liberty University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Montreat College.
