Funke Nana

Funke Nana is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Finance Business Partner at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since December 2022. Previous roles include Finance Business Partner at Mencap and Assistant Director Finance at Barnardo's, where Funke also chaired the Barnardos London Women's Network and co-chaired the Barnardos London BAME Network. Additional experience spans several organizations, including Essex County Council, Thurrock Council, and the London Borough of Hackney, in various finance-related capacities. Funke began an extensive career in finance with positions at the Food Standards Agency, Police Information Technology Organisation, HM Prison Service, and the Serious Fraud Office. Funke holds an M.B.A. from The Open University and has completed studies at Emile Woolf College of Accountancy and the University of North London.
