India Semple

India Semple is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare regulatory sector, currently serving as a Senior Monitoring and Compliance Officer at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since June 2014. In this role, India manages a caseload of Fitness to Practise cases, oversees applications for restoration to the register, and provides quality assurance and training for the team. Previously, India held various roles within the council, including Case Officer and Senior Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder communication and workflow supervision. Prior to this, India worked as an Administrator at Estates & Management, gaining valuable knowledge in property management, and has experience in the film industry as a Production Designer and Art Department Assistant through various short film projects. India holds a BSc in Film and TV Production from the University of Greenwich.
