James Toney

James Toney has over 18 years of experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Senior 2nd Line Deskside Support Analyst at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since April 2016, where responsibilities include supporting over 1000 colleagues, managing incidents, and administering the TOPdesk ITSM tool. Prior roles include Managing Director and IT Consultant at BullHorn Consultancy Ltd, and IT Specialist Volunteer at the Tropical Health and Education Trust. James’s career also includes significant experience at the British Red Cross in various IT support roles. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology with Computer Communications from Middlesex University.
