Ksenia Trifonova

Ksenia Trifonova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, policy development, and investigative roles. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Officer (Change and Improvement) at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since February 2021, Ksenia has held multiple positions within the organization, including Senior EDI Policy Officer and Case Examiner Quality Officer. Prior to this, Ksenia worked at the Metropolitan Police as a Trainee Detective Constable and at the City of London Corporation as a Funding Officer, focusing on assessing charity applications for grants. Ksenia's career also includes roles at the Rural Payments Agency, Gtech, Sykes Enterprises, and various customer service positions. Ksenia holds a Master's degree in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in German and Philosophy from King's College London, with additional studies at renowned institutions in Germany and China.
