Laura Bonney

Laura Bonney is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager currently working at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since December 2022. With a strong background in Continuous Improvement and project management, Laura previously held roles as Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Vitality from July 2021 to December 2022 and Continuous Improvement Manager at the General Medical Council from March 2014 to July 2021. Throughout this career, Laura has successfully led Lean Six Sigma projects and managed corporate priority initiatives, while also providing change management advice. Laura has credentials as a PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager and has held positions such as Project Manager focused on enhancing the fitness to practise processes and Investigation Officer. Laura's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Oxford, completed in 2013.
