Rebecca Dutton

Rebecca Dutton is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Interim Head of Organisational Development at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of People and Group Head of Regional Development at Smart Works Charity from December 2021 to February 2024, and Head of Strategic Workforce Planning at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities from September 2020 to December 2021. Earlier career highlights feature positions as HR Policy Consultant at the Cabinet Office and HR Business Partner at the Department for Work and Pensions, in addition to experience in the Civil Service Fast Stream. Rebecca began the career in HR as a Recruitment Assistant at Vocare Group and also served as a Shift Manager at Teahee Cheesemongers and Espresso Bar. Educational qualifications include an MLaw degree from Northumbria University obtained between 2012 and 2016.
