Victor Okeke

Victor Okeke is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in release management, project management, and technical leadership. As the Release Manager at The Nursing and Midwifery Council since 2010, Victor defines and maintains release management policies, adapting processes for various deployment scenarios.
