Steve Michalik

During his 10 years with the organization, Mr. Michalik has served as Director of Operations, Vice President, and now his current role as President. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Michalik worked in product research and development, using innovation, statistical problem solving, and technology to derive creative solutions. His professional interests are focused on improving programs, systems, and people for the purpose of transforming lives. Currently Mr. Michalik is focused on deploying educational resources to help people overcome opportunity gaps.
