At Nurtari, we provide compassionate, specialized therapy for individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, relationship challenges, dissociation, eating disorders, body image issues and those pursuing overall wellness. Rooted in a deep respect for each person's unique story, our practice integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support healing at every level—mind, body, and spirit. We offer virtual and in-person services. We accept Aetna and more insurances coming soon.

Our office is located in St. Louis, MO at I-44 & I-270 across from Laumeier Sculpture Park between Kirkwood & Sunset Hills.

Virtual sessions are offered throughout Missouri and California.
