Jessica Biskind (Nurture Boss)

Jessica Biskind has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a New Business Intern at Sagicor Life Inc., followed by an Assistant Claims Analysis Intern position in 2010. In 2011, they were a Territory Sales Manager at Altria. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Aerotek in various roles, including National Business Development Executive, Healthcare, Account Executive, Financial Services, Account Executive, Professional & Administrative Services, and Senior Recruiter, Renewable Energy & Utilities. In 2021, they became a Member of the International Society of Female Professionals. In 2020, they started as Vice President of Revenue at Nurture Boss, where they operationalize customers' CRM with Lease and Renewal Conversion Automation. In 2022, they became a Founding Instructor at Theia Collective, leading entrepreneurs and business owners through conversations and trainings about problem solving, sales funnel and processes, objection handling and more.

Jessica Biskind attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Finance.
