Each employee is paired with a dedicated Care Guide who becomes a steady point of contact through time away, return to work, and the moments after loss that are hardest to navigate alone—coordinating support, coaching the manager, and staying connected through re-entry, anniversaries, and other grief milestones.
Our care model is shaped under the direction of Dr. Joanne Cacciatore, a leading traumatic grief researcher whose work has supported grieving families around the world and placed her among the top 2% of scholars in her field.
