Joseph Muniu

Joseph Muniu is an experienced training manager currently working with Nuru International in Kenya since January 2014, where responsibilities include curriculum development for behavior change communication, training local staff, and resource mobilization. Previous roles include program manager at Circles of Hope CBO, focusing on health and well-being for orphaned children and monitoring HIV infection rates, as well as senior lecturer at Laikipia ECDE Teachers Training College, where Joseph provided instruction and mentorship. Additional experience includes medical social work at Ruiru Sub-County Hospital and volunteer work with FOCUS Kenya, addressing HIV adherence and conducting outreach. Joseph holds degrees and certifications in social work, technical teacher education, and counseling, with a background in early childhood education.
