Quang Lai has a strong background in application development and technology management. Quang started their career at McCann Canada, where they worked as a programmer and later became the Technical Lead for the .Net group. Quang then moved on to RTC Health, where they were the Manager of Technology Services, responsible for managing an e-learning project for the US Military and resourcing contract programmers.
