Sam Jeveons has a diverse range of work experience in the beverage and hospitality industry. Sam co-founded and served as a director at Island Beverages Limited in 2015. In 2014, they established Old Street Group, a business specializing in multi-venue bar operations across Asia. Sam worked as a beverage director at The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for various aspects including staff hiring, bar design, menu development, and financial reporting. Sam was the general manager of Boujis Hong Kong from 2012 to 2014, overseeing the opening and management of a luxury private members nightclub. Sam also worked at Swire Hotels, where they held the roles of Bar & Beverage Director and Bar Consultant at The Upper House Hotel, raising industry standards in customer service and bar reputation. Earlier in their career, they co-founded and served as a director at Alconomics Asia, a consultancy team specializing in bar and beverage services in Asia. Additionally, they worked as a Regional Brand Ambassador for Moët Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong & Macau, promoting luxury brands and conducting product training and brand storytelling across Asia Pacific.

From 1996 to 1999, Sam Jeveons attended Nottingham Trent University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During this time, they studied Politics, History, and English.
