Aji Firmansyah

Aji Firmansyah has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Aji started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at CV. SmartGAMA in November 2017 and worked there until November 2020. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in supporting various HR functions.

In January 2021, Aji joined Job2Go as a Human Resources Specialist. Aji was responsible for recruitment, training and development activities. After working for Job2Go for seven months, they moved on to NusaTalent in August 2021.

At NusaTalent, Aji serves as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, focusing on industrial relations and recruitment. Aji'swork in these areas contributes to the overall success of the company in managing employee relations and attracting top talent.

Throughout their career, Aji has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR practices and has played an essential role in ensuring efficient HR operations.

Aji Firmansyah attended Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Islamic Economics, focusing on Sharia Banking.
