Irma Gusti has worked in various roles throughout their career. irma started working as a Legal Assistant at Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia from July 2019 to September 2019. Afterwards, they joined PT Swapro International as a Human Resources Development Officer from August 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they are employed at NusaTalent as a Human Resources Recruiter starting from April 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Irma Gusti pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta.
