Lance Parkes is a seasoned security professional currently serving as a Security Analyst IV at NuScale Power since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lance dedicated over 24 years to the Boy Scouts of America, progressing from Database Administrator to Senior Information Technology Security Analyst, where expertise in vulnerability and penetration testing, web application firewall management, and data security strategies were honed. Lance also led a team of SQL developers and database administrators while maintaining secure back-end data structures and managing multiple database systems. Earlier in the career, Lance held positions at Babich & Associates as an Information Technology System Administrator and at Matheson Tri-Gas as a Staff Accountant and System Administrator.
