Kevin Fischer Pe

Kevin Fischer, PE, currently serves as a Test Program Engineer at NuScale Power since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at Bechtel Corporation from June 2014 to August 2020, including Senior Startup Test Engineer, Nuclear Safety Engineer, Data Analysis and Test Reporting Engineer, Technical Team Engineer, Management Technical Assistant, and Radiological Engineer, where responsibilities included conducting startup testing, managing hazards analysis, and performing radiation shielding calculations. Kevin gained early experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at Metastable Fluids Research Lab and completed internships at Progress Energy focused on reactor systems and nuclear fuel management. Kevin holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University, obtained in 2014 and 2012, respectively.
