Randi Letson

Randi Letson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Manager of Employee Relations at NuScale Power, where responsibilities include acting as a resource for managers and employees on performance and employee relations issues, alongside advising on dispute resolution and compliance. Additionally, Randi is a City Council Member for the City of Tangent, OR, with a four-year term that includes legislative powers and setting city policy. Previously, Randi held the position of Vice Chairman on the City of Tangent Planning Commission and worked as a Technical Recruiter and Senior Staffing Consultant, managing staffing for various corporate accounts. Randi also has experience as Foundation Chair at MHRA and as Solid Waste Program Manager at SBM Site Services, demonstrating a diverse background in human resources, management, and community service.
