Michelle Dearholt

Michelle Dearholt serves as the President and CEO of Nusenda Credit Union since June 2007, overseeing strategic initiatives in Member Experience, Employee Experience, Marketing, and Project Management, while also leading the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program. Prior to this role, Michelle held various leadership positions at Nusenda, including Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Retail and Performance Officer. Michelle's experience in human resources spans multiple companies, including Genuine Parts Company and CooperVision, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR functions. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration in Policy and Planning from UNM Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the same institution, alongside leadership training from Cardwell 306/2 Leadership Symposium.
