S. Shane Myers

S. Shane Myers has a diverse background in human resources and organizational culture, serving as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Nusenda Credit Union from June 2020 to March 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Employee Relations Specialist and Investigator at Nusenda Credit Union, as well as a Human Resources Specialist at Summit Electric Supply from June 2017 to June 2020. S. Shane Myers also held the position of Human Resources Director at White Lotus Home from December 2012 to March 2017 and began a career in human resources as a Student Office Assistant in the Philosophy Department at Rutgers University from June 2008 to August 2013. S. Shane Myers holds a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin and a certification in Conflict Resolution from UNM Anderson School of Management.
