Mark Pelo

Mark Pelo is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in the medical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at NuShores Biosciences LLC since July 2020, Pelo has previously held similar roles at Crosstex International, Haemonetics, and Oberg Industries, where significant improvements in productivity and on-time delivery were achieved. At Medtronic Spine & Biologics, Pelo excelled as a Senior Manager in Manufacturing Process Development, leading large-scale product launches valued at $100 million. Early in the career, as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at DePuy Orthopaedics, Pelo contributed to innovative product adaptations.
