Derick Adams

Derick Adams is an experienced professional in the field of network operations and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Network Operations at NUSO since January 2019. Under leadership, NUSO has accelerated growth in the cloud services sector, focusing on Unified Communications, Collaboration, and SIP Trunking for channel partners in the US and Canada, influenced by the foundation of industry veteran SoTel Systems. Prior to NUSO, Derick held the roles of Team Lead for Managed Services and Technical Support Engineer at SoTel Systems from February 2007 to January 2019, demonstrating a strong background in technical support. Earlier experience includes providing Information Technology support at Baue Funeral Homes from July 2005 to February 2007.
