Cheryl Foster

Cheryl Foster has over two decades of experience in contract administration and compliance, currently serving as Sr. Manager Contractor Compliance at NuStar Energy L.P. since June 2009, where previous roles include Supervisor Contract Administration and Contract Administration. Prior to joining NuStar Energy, Cheryl Foster worked as a Business Analyst at Harland Clarke from January 2002 to February 2009. Cheryl Foster holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Art/Art Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 1988 and 1993.
