James Mullins

James Mullins has extensive experience in the field of process safety and inspection, currently serving as the Manager of Process Safety at NuStar Energy L.P. since November 2019. Prior to this role, James worked as an API Inspector at Sentinel Integrity Solutions for a brief period and held the position of Regional Operations Manager at OES Asset Integrity Management. James spent eight years as a Project Manager at Team Industrial Services and has also worked as an API/AWS Certified Inspector as an Independent Contractor from 1998 to 2010, collaborating with various inspection companies on turnarounds, new construction, and mechanical integrity projects.
