Lance Szely

Lance Szely is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in revenue and sales operations across various prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Sr Director of WW Field Sales Operations at Nutanix since September 2024, Lance has held significant leadership roles at Uniphore as VP of Revenue Operations and at Calendly as Head of Revenue Operations. Prior to these positions, Lance operated as VP of Sales Productivity and Operations at Glassdoor and as Sr Director of WW GTM Sales Operations at Palo Alto Networks. A long tenure at VMware included multiple senior roles in sales operations and go-to-market strategy. Career beginnings at Juniper Networks and Polycom laid a foundation in sales operations management, complemented by earlier experience at Nortel.
