Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Nutanix

Mi Nguyen is the Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Nutanix. Prior to joining Nutanix, Mi worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Calix from February 2017 to November 2017. In this role, they supported in-house and remote recruiters with high volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones. Mi also helped manage the Employee Referral Program by generating weekly reports to show new and current referrals. Mi also automated the Workforce Planning Report by generating a monthly Headcount Tracking Report through iCIMS. Finally, they maintained good candidate experience by preparing travel, answering inquiries, and greeting onsite candidates.

Before working at Calix, Mi was an HR Coordinator at Hogarth Worldwide from November 2016 to February 2017. In this role, they onboarded over 200 employees distributing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and benefit enrollment. Mi also served as the employee point-of-contact by answering questions regarding benefits and payroll. Additionally, they managed various spreadsheets to track department offer acceptances, budget, and payroll uploads. Finally, they assisted in organizing a Recruitment Fair for over 150 attendees to present Hogarth’s vision and values.

Before working at Hogarth Worldwide, Mi was an HR Coordinator at Rambus from April 2016 to October 2016.

Mi Nguyen is a graduate of San Jose State University where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

They are on a team with Nathalie Gryba - Global Director, Executive Talent Acquisition, Jen Armstrong - Head, Global Talent Acquisition Operations, and Sophie Pemberton - Talent Acquisition Specialist. Mi Nguyen reports to David Malloy, VP, Global Talent Acquisition.
