Rachel Maple serves as the Head of Global Design Operations at Nutanix since May 2018, where responsibilities include leading DesignOps initiatives that integrate design with product development and optimizing processes to ensure high-quality outcomes. Prior experience includes roles at RingCentral as a UX Program Manager, where Rachel focused on user experience design projects and improved cross-functional communication, and at TIBCO Software Inc. as a Senior UX Producer, promoting Agile methodologies and expanding the UX team significantly. Earlier in Rachel's career, positions as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Nielsen and a Senior Software Engineer at ACNielsen Inc. contributed to a strong foundation in project management and software development. Rachel holds a Master of Fine Arts in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design, along with various certifications in information technology and project management.
