Saveen Pakala

Saveen Pakala is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product management across various leading companies in the industry. Current role as Vice President of Product Management for Nutanix's Hybrid Cloud Platform involves unifying private, public, and edge cloud infrastructures, having previously served as Sr. Director for Nutanix's Hyperconverged Infrastructure platform. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Riverbed Technology, where Saveen advanced edge computing through SteelFusion, and at EMC, where responsibilities included transforming enterprise storage management for VMAX. Saveen's successful tenure at Symantec encompassed multiple roles in storage management and high availability, culminating in spearheading the $250M+ HA/DR business. Early career experience includes software engineering and product management at Sun Microsystems. Saveen holds an MBA in General Management and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, and a BE in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai (VJTI).
