Sean Wikner

Sean Wikner is the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance at Nutanix, where they lead the design and implementation of the company's ethics and compliance program. Sean previously served as Managing Counsel for Anti-Corruption at HP, where they were responsible for the global anti-corruption compliance program and advised senior management on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Earlier in their career, Sean held various legal roles, including working as a Law Clerk and Legal Intern, and managing client representation in intellectual property and commercial litigation at Fenwick and West. They earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA.
