Teodora Cheta

Teodora Cheta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in optimization and project coordination. Currently serving as Principal HR Optimization Lead at Nutanix since January 2020, Teodora has held multiple roles within the company, including Global HR Optimization Lead and EMEA HR Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions as Interim HR Payroll Coordinator at Patagonia, HR Operations Administrator at Blue Lynx Employment BV, and HR Generalist at REWE Romania. Teodora's career began in 2006 with roles at Schlumberger Logelco Inc. and SOFTWIN. In addition to a background in human resources, Teodora worked as a freelance yoga and massage therapist for several years.
