Candace Niederauer, EdS

Candace Niederauer, EdS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Candace began their career in 1997 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Emporia State University. In 1998, they became a School Psychologist at Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools. Candace then moved to the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) or (DoDDS) in 1999, where they held the same role. In 2002, they became a School Psychologist at School District 49. Candace then moved to Colorado Springs School District 11 in 2004, where they held the same role. In 2010, they became a School Liaison Officer at the United States Department of the Army. In 2012, they joined TSYS as an Associate Customer Experience Consultant and later became a Sales Analyst Sr. In 2017, they joined MetaBank as a Payments Onboarding Manager and later became the Director, Partnership Manager. Most recently, they joined NuTEQ Solutions, Inc in 2022 as the Director of Account Management.

Candace Niederauer, EdS has an education history that includes an Education Specialist degree from Emporia State University in School Psychology, a Master of Science degree from Emporia State University in School Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Emporia State University in Psychology. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in June 2021, and a Project Management Qualified (PMQ) from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2021.
