Mike Roddy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike has held various leadership roles throughout their career. In 1986, they started their professional journey as a Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments. From 1989 to 1999, they worked at TDS Telecom, where they served as Vice President of TDS Telecom and President of USLink. During their time at TDS Telecom, they successfully turned around the declining long-distance provider and played a crucial role in the company's entry into the competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) business.
Roddy then joined Everest Connections as the President and COO. At Everest Connections, they were responsible for raising capital, securing regulatory approvals, and negotiating agreements for the construction of a network. In 2012, Roddy became the CEO of NuLine Partners, LLC, a company that provides financial, operational, marketing, and strategic leadership to the broadband, telecom, and cable/MSO industries.
Since 2013, Roddy has been the CEO of GOCare, a cloud-based decision engine that enables mobile access to client account information in the broadband industry. Under their leadership, GOCare has achieved significant reductions in inbound subscriber inquiries, workforce management costs, and improved subscriber collections.
