Jon Bates

Jon Bates is the current Chief Financial Officer at Nutex Health. Prior to joining Nutex Health, Jon served as the VP of Accounting/Corporate Controller at US Physical Therapy from November 2006 to June 2022. US Physical Therapy is one of the largest publicly-traded, pure-play national operators of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services.

Before their time at US Physical Therapy, Jon was the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Accounting Officer at Commerciant, L.P. from September 2002 to November 2006. Commerciant, L.P. is a national wireless solutions provider in the payment and mobile business services industry.

From November 1999 to December 2001, Jon served as the Chief Accounting Officer/Corporate Controller at National Alarm Technologies, LLC. National Alarm Technologies, LLC is a national provider of retail and wholesale security alarm monitoring services.

Prior to their time at National Alarm Technologies, LLC, Jon was the Assistant Corporate Controller at American Residential Services from April 1997 to October 1999.

Jon began their career as an Experienced Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. from September 1992 to March 1997.

Jon Bates has an MBA in Finance/Accounting from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Jon is also certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant.

Jon Bates reports to Tom Vo, CEO & Chairman. They work with Paul Rothman - COO, AHA, Ray Mitchell - Corporate Recruiter, and James Thompson - Construction & Development Project Manager.
