Nutility brings AI agents to utility GIS — engineer-led, agent-accelerated.
The grid runs on geospatial data, yet most utilities are sitting on aging GIS systems that can no longer keep up. Esri is retiring the Geometric Network, and roughly 2,000 utilities now need to move to the ArcGIS Utility Network on a tightening deadline. The traditional path is brutal: 6 to 18 months, several hundred thousand to well over a million dollars, and large offshore teams doing the work by hand.
We think there's a better way.
Nutility pairs deep GIS and utility engineering experience with a workforce of purpose-built AI agents. Our agents fully assess your source data before committing to an architecture, then carry out the migration programmatically — compressing a typical project to about four weeks at a fraction of the cost. Engineers stay in the loop on every decision; the agents handle the manual work that used to define the timeline and the price tag.
Migration is just the entry point. The same agent framework that moves you to the Utility Network keeps working afterward — continuously validating connectivity, catching bad edits before they propagate, and keeping your asset records audit-ready. That's the durable value: not a one-time project, but a system of record that stays trustworthy.
Engineer-led, agent-accelerated. That's how utility GIS should work.
