Lucy Martins is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing payroll systems and employee benefits across various industries. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Colony Hardware since September 2023, Lucy also holds the position of Payroll/Benefits Compensation & HRIS Manager at Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union since November 2020.
