Jolin Wang

Jolin Wang is an experienced food scientist with expertise in product development and research within the food industry. Currently serving as a Food Product Developer at Burnbrae Farms and a Research and Development Specialist at Nutrablend Foods, Jolin has a strong background in formulating nutraceutical products, conducting sensory analysis, and optimizing ingredient costs. Previous roles include R&D Food Scientist/Project Manager at The Chufa Co., where responsibilities included prototype creation of non-dairy products and leading reformulation projects, and Researcher at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, focusing on incorporating Canadian pulse ingredients into staple foods. Jolin holds a Master's degree in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Guelph.
