Alicia Lebeouf

Alicia LeBeouf currently serves as the Head of Industry for Retail and Ecommerce at Meta, where leadership focuses on driving customer acquisition and engagement for major retailers and e-commerce companies in North America. Previously, Alicia held the position of SVP of Retail Operations and Marketing at Compass Group USA, leading strategies for the Canteen division, and served in various senior roles at Target, including Sr. Director of Stores and Sr. Group Manager of Retail Operations, overseeing significant revenue growth and operational processes across multiple store formats. Early career experiences include directing small business development for the City of Charlotte and working as a Research Associate. Alicia earned a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with Executive Education in Enterprise Risk Management from Harvard Business School.
